However she said she would be sending us the contract and we kept asking and every time there was some excuse as to why she couldn't send us a simple contract. Well 5 months later we said we would regretfully have to decline working with her and she rudely hung up on us and now refuses to respond to our calls or e-mails. She still has our down payment of $100.00. She is VERY unprofessional and basically will take your money and run.
