I am one who loves original ideas, and I think coffee is ok but you might want to have an alternative option for non coffee drinkers, maybe let them choose from baskets filled with tea bags and coffee. For fun you could do Kookl-aide packs for your guests under 12! LOL It can be inexpensive and fun, just think about your guests, and just remember just because you like coffee doesnt mean everyone does. I do think its original so good luck!
